How To - Wireless Project From Windows PC (Staff Laptops)

Note: This wireless connection feature is available for Staff Windows PCs only. Other devices, such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Chrome OS, are not currently configured or supported for wireless casting. However, you can still connect these devices using an HDMI cable. To switch between inputs, use the “Source Search” button on the projector remote.

How to Connect Your Laptop to the Projector Wirelessly

1. Turn on the projector: Use the “Source Search” button on the projector remote to navigate to the ScreenCast4k home screen.

2. Open the Cast menu on your laptop: Press the Windows key + K to display the cast menu.

3. Select the desired projector: In the cast menu, choose the projector you wish to connect to from the list of available devices.

4. Enter the PIN: On the ScreenCast4k home screen, locate the PIN at the top left corner and enter it on your laptop.

5. Wait for the connection to establish: It may take a few seconds for your laptop to connect wirelessly to the projector.

1. To end the casting session, press Windows key + K again and select “Disconnect.”
