1. Sign in to Google Chrome:- Ensure you're signed in with your

account and have Sync turned on. - To verify, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of your Chrome window.
2. Access the JitBit Helpdesk App:
- Open your Google Waffle (the 9-dot grid icon) and select JitBit Helpdesk from the apps list.
3. Start a New Ticket:
- Click New Ticket at the top right of the JitBit Helpdesk page.
4. Fill in Ticket Details:
- Enter a Subject for your ticket.
- Provide a brief description of your request in the Details section.
5. Select Options:
- Choose the appropriate options from the dropdown boxes at the bottom of the form. These may include categories, priorities, or other specifics relevant to your request.
7. Attach Supporting Files (Optional):
- If needed, attach any relevant screenshots or files to help the technician troubleshoot the issue.
8. Submit the Ticket:
- Click Submit to send your help desk request.
After Submission:
Congratulations! Your help desk request has been submitted. You should hear back from the IT department soon.
