How to - Secure Print on a Xerox Copier

Step 1: Send Your Document to Print

1. Open your document on your computer.

2. Select File > Print.

3. Choose the correct Xerox printer from the list.

4. Click OK and then Print.

   Your document is now held securely on the printer and won’t print until you release it with your PIN.

Step 2: Release Your Secure Print Job at the Printer

1. Walk over to the Xerox copier you sent the print job to.

2. Press the Home button if the screen is not already active.

3. Tap the Jobs or Print Jobs icon.

4. Select Secure Print (you may need to tap a down arrow to reveal more options).

5. Find your username or job name in the list.

6. Tap your job and enter your 4-digit PIN.

7. Press Print to release your document.
